 Allium

See ONLINE STORE for current availability

The dramatic ornamental onions have become very popular in recent years. They are excellent subjects for any border in full sun, requiring a well-drained soil. The flower heads of many of the drumstick varieties dry well.

Most Alliums are sold as dry bulbs in the Autumn to flower the following spring. These bulbs are posted in September - November. Some smaller alliums are sold in the spring.
